See…

He was a man

Evidence by the incents flowing from his sweat glands

And every drop had the purest destination it would land

He entered with a whisper and gently transitioned  to a command

He spoke in Arabic and taught me the language so that I could understand

Funny thing…

I gathered all this information even before I felt his hands

‘Cause that’s what women do

Investigative reporters

So much better than  Nancy Drew

We’ll be home cooking dinner and at the same time watching you

His hands were so powerful they split Adams and made me two

Its been three weeks now and I’m still collecting his residue

I go to church on Sunday to praise God for making not one hand but two

I know its sounds crazy

But

You didn’t feel his hands!

This mans hands came already framed

He had hair so beautiful every lock had its own name

If I were blind the lines on his hands would have felt me a story

He carried me through this journey

He took me from 19 to 40

From disgrace to glory

From a nightmare to a bright morning

There is power in a touch

From the second he graced the room

I swear I felt his rush

There is power in a touch

It means nothing to you

But to me it meant much

So I ran home after the poetry slam and listened to the best of Kem

And naturally I wrote a poem about him

His hands were like magnets that rotated themselves on my blades

He was like a glade plug-in that lingers

Leaves imprints but never fades

It was his prolonged rhyme

And his clock like broken hand

But still made time against me

https://soundcloud.com/mentalnotes-1/her-hands-were-like-magnets

She had hands like magnets on my skin

Sending pulsations tunneled imagination was a combination

That serenaded my porcelain

There was something in her gaze

And not even a short paraphrase could describe this woman’s hands

They weren’t  like typing hands but sexy chiseled

They were so powerful her energy turned my storm into a drizzle

I’m telling you this woman’s hands were like magnets

Sending sensations in me so deep they left fragments

I know it sounds crazy

But

You didn’t feel her hands!

It was his prolonged rhyme

And his clock like broken hand

But still made time against me

This is a pic from Google images, but the one I beat the hell out of looked similar.

I literally had to take my 7 year old Dell PC outside and beat the shit out of it on August 15th.

I remember the very day I went crazy, while the neighbors watched me with a hammer go in on my computer.

Repair after repair I finally gave it what it wanted, the poor thing was tired.

So naturally I took it out of its misery.

I could hardly sleep last night because on this day September 14th

I GOT A NEW COMPUTER!!!!

I had a simple ceremony promising to love, honor, cherish and treat better than the last PC.

Kissed it and got to typing!

I MISSED MY WORDPRESS FAMILY!!!!

EXCERPT: COMMENT SECTION NEVER ENDING WORD PLAY  BY ME AND SEAN

You have transformed me into moments of Raindrops
Sunrays from roof tops
When I was closed you opened my blinds
You let in the sunshine

You put me on your gardens frontline
And vacuumed tears from my rivers rain
You soldiered lillies and butterflies that laid eggs on my windowpane
And slayed every dragon that dared creep into my brain
You squeezed oil from my rot
And brought meaning and love to every painful drop
We hugged each other like microphones
You made musical sound to every agonizing groan
It was music only you could read
It was the air only you could breath
And so
It will always be
Me
And you
Together!
