  1. So thoroughly needed. I struggle on the daily with a healthy dose of self denial, anxiety, and apathy. Striving to break the cycle. I do know that you’re helping tremendously. Thank you for this gift. And the splendid lines.

  2. The way you expressed how anxiety affects people is so true. You were even able to capture a little humor about it as well. Loved it!

    1. Yea, its one of my coping mechanisms as I walk into a crowded room I have an entire conversation with the beast to let it know who’s the boss. Sometimes it breaks loose and sometimes I keep it tamed but I know its always with me lurking. Thank you for commenting and visiting my space again ❤

  3. Thank you for your post. Many of us worry about things that are out of our control or we are limited to what we can do. I hope you find encouragement just as I have in the following passage, Matthew 6:34…So never be anxious about the next day, for the next day will have its own anxieties. Each day has enough of its own troubles.

    1. I lean on that passage often but in my humanness, sometimes I can overcome anxiety and sometime she flat out wins. Thank you for commenting and visiting me space ❤
