Yea, its one of my coping mechanisms as I walk into a crowded room I have an entire conversation with the beast to let it know who’s the boss. Sometimes it breaks loose and sometimes I keep it tamed but I know its always with me lurking. Thank you for commenting and visiting my space again ❤
Thank you for your post. Many of us worry about things that are out of our control or we are limited to what we can do. I hope you find encouragement just as I have in the following passage, Matthew 6:34…So never be anxious about the next day, for the next day will have its own anxieties. Each day has enough of its own troubles.
I lean on that passage often but in my humanness, sometimes I can overcome anxiety and sometime she flat out wins. Thank you for commenting and visiting me space ❤
