Goodness and Mercy – Poetry

I feel there is something

Or someone who or that

Is always there

Watching over and protecting me

They are surely the perfect pair

They aren’t conflicting or argumentative

They are loving

And if you ask me

Much too fair

And even when I was angry

Their love was always there

It’s some Jesus stuff they sprinkle

When things are dark like night

And they will never leave or forsake me

No matter how tuff the fight

There is one thing I am sure of

Although my choices aren’t always right

Goodness and Mercy shall follow me

All the days of my life

  1. While I was reading this piece, I said within me; Who could it be to cause such peace and calm–for I know only Jesus can?–then I saw “… It’s some Jesus stuff…” Then within, I felt the urge, GOD BLESS YOU, SIS, GOD BLESS YOU!

Andrea "Drea" Diaz

"In this life or the next...I will find you" Monique [Last name redacted] was the average runaway child from an evil organization who constantly wiped away her past life. One day, her fate intertwined with that of Lee von Solari which led her to live out an extraordinary life on a world at the edge of the milky way galaxy. Soon she would have adventures while piecing back her fragmented memories only to discover that some of them were not her own. In a land vastly known for housing the "rejects" of other worlds, Monique uncovers the makings of Eridelium.
