  1. I was relieved to read “about mentalnotes1” after your powerful Haiku. That did freak me out just a little…a lot. Your about reassured me you were ok. that was a relief. I support and encourage the free spirit, self aware, loveable writer in me. So happy that you are alright. j.k.

    1. WELL OF COURSE I AM ALRIGHT SILLY, I OFTEN TIMES GET VERY ALARMED BY WHAT I READ ON SOME OF THESE BLOGS BUT THOSE THAT LEAVE ME THINKING REAL HARD ABOUT THE PERSONS WELL BEING AND THE POEM, EPIGRAM, JOURNAL OR WHATEVER IT IS THEY WRITE ARE NORMALLY THE BLOGS I FOLLOW. I LOVE LIFE WAYYYYYY TO MUCH TO DIE,,,,I’M JUST A WRITER SO IF YOU WERE FREAKED OUT THAT TELLS ME I AM AN EFFECTIVE ONE AND YOU ARE VERY CAREING (: LIFE IS GREAT,,,NO WORRIES (: I AM A HUMAN SERVICE WORKER AND I TOOK ONE OF MY CLIENTS HOME WITH ME TODAY MENTALLY SO THIS IS HOW THIS HAIKU ARRIVED, SHE IS A BASKET CASE.

      1. all reassured here. i know about following great posts. it’s important to be honest. what is the purpose otherwise. i want the realness. the depth. love haiku. write haiku. reading a new book i discovered last night on haiku. very philosophical-knowledgable and an indepth travel into the world of the artistic nature of haiku. anyway i am so relieved you are fine. i spent a great deal of time with mental health practitioners. ive learned a great deal and have done an incredible amount of gorwing because of them. it’s amazing work. j.k ps., good luck taking care of those who need taking care of and take care of yourself also.

  2. I love the power of this haiku. It really speaks to the emotional distress we so often feel. Thank you for following me, so I could find your blog.

    1. Reeks was the affect I was looking for. I am a human service worker, the day I wrote this one of my clients I work with tried to kill herself because her husband left her. I brought her home with me mentally that day, this is one of my outlets sinse where I live is so small ethics wont allow me to share alot of what goes on at my job. So I am grateful for blogs (: Howerver I must admitt I have had plenty of desprate moments where love is concerned (: have a great day and I look forward to reading more of your blog.
